1.Motor: 5-year warranty. Free repair or replacement is provided for non-human-induced damages.

2.Control System: 1-year warranty, covering the remote controller, intelligent modules, and other related components.

3.Free technical support is available, including guidance on basic motor function operation, APP operation, voice control setup, and daily maintenance tips.

4.For damages caused by human factors (such as impact, liquid intrusion), operation not in accordance with specifications, or cases beyond the warranty period, repair costs will be charged.
